Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved only under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product is unavailable after payment has been received.
• The refund request is approved after inspection by our team.
•  Return timeframe 10 days of purchasing the products 
•  For wrong and defective products the exchange delivery timeframe will be 5-6 days

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products that have been used or installed.
• Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Clearance or promotional sale items, unless received damaged or defective.

Refund Process

1. Contact our customer support within 4 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, invoice, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
3. Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed after the product has been received and inspected (if a return is required).

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 -10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the refund is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective product).
• If the return is approved for reasons other than our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and any eligible claim will be handled according to this Refund Policy.
• Customized or special-order items cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.
